Wednesday Lunchtime Concert: Solo Flights and Shared Delights

On Wednesday 20th May, 2026, from 12.40 to 1.20pm, the Wesley Lunchtime concert series presents the outstanding young pianists David Fan and Jake Bennett from the Marie Cull Piano Studio in a program of solos and duets from the Baroque period to the 21st century.

About the event
David Fan and Jake Bennett have excelled in duet performances. Together, they were awarded First Prize at the 2023 Australian National Eisteddfod Piano Competition (10 Years Duet) and went on to achieve First Prize in both the 12 Years Duet and 14 Years Duet categories at the 2025 Australian National Eisteddfod. In addition, they were awarded First Prize at the 2025 ACTKA Piano Duet Competition (Grade 4–6).
