Jinbo Huang Piano Studio
On Wednesday 10th July 2022 from 12.40 to 1.20pm, the Wesley Music Centre welcomes talented young pianists from the studio of Jinbo Huang performing a delightful selection of music for piano solo and piano duet. Composers featured include J.S. Bach, J.C. Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Burgmüller, Brahms, Mendelssohn, Prokofiev, Miriam Hyde and Peter Sculthorpe.
Jinbo Huang is a Canberra pianist who maintains a teaching studio in Gungahlin. His students have performed in many piano competitions and eisteddfods in and around Canberra, winning a large number of first-place and other awards, and have given solo recitals and studio concerts at the Wesley Music Centre over several years. Jinbo holds a BMus from ANU and a PhD from UCLA.
