About the event

The Performers:


Praised for her "thrillingly ecstatic" voice (ClassikON), Rachel Mink appears regularly as solo and consort singer across Australia. Since 2021, she sings with Luminescence Chamber Singers, touring and performing across Australia. As soloist, she has performed with the National Capital Orchestra, Willoughby Symphony, Leichhardt Espresso Chorus, Macquarie Singers, Canberra Choral Society, the University of Virginia University Singers, University Chamber Singers and the Oratorio Society of Virginia. As an ensemble singer, she frequently works with Cantillation and Moorambilla Voices. On the opera stage, Rachel's engagements have included Susanna in Le Nozze di Figaro, Marzelline in Fidelio, Despina in Cosí fan tutte, Gianetta in L'elisir d'amore, Émilie in Kaija Saariaho's Émilie, and Belinda in Dido and Aeneas. From 2021-2022, she performed as a Young Artist with Pacific Opera, Sydney.
