On Wednesday 30th September from 12.40 to 1.20pm, the Wesley Music Centre Lunchtime Concert series welcomes the return of the talented young pianist Shreyas Sunkaraneni, who will perform works by Haydn, Chopin, Brahms and Debussy.

About the event
Shreyas Sunkaraneni began studying piano with Lyn Kowalik at the age of 11. He quickly developed a passion for the piano and a strong interest in Classical music. Recognizing his talent, Lyn phoned Marie Cull to ask her if she could take Shreyas on as a student to help him develop his full potential. Marie was delighted to start teaching Shreyas, and for the past 5 years they have enjoyed working together. Shreyas has taken great pleasure in expanding his repertoire and participating in concerts and competitions such as the Australian National Eisteddfod, where he has won numerous 1st place prizes. He is currently working on the program for his A Mus exam later this year. He plans to continue to pursue his musical interests alongside focusing on his academic studies.
