Beethoven’s Septet
On Wednesday 16th July 2025 from 12.40 to 1.20pm, the Wesley Music Centre is excited to present Beethoven’s Septet in E-flat major, Op.20 performed by accomplished Canberra musicians Helena Maher (clarinet), Dianne Tan (horn), Rebecca Rivera (bassoon), Rowan Harvey-Martin (violin), Michelle Higgs (viola), Benjamin Monro (cello) and Henry South (bass).
One of Beethoven’s most popular early works, and maybe the finest septet ever written, this work has never before been performed in the Wesley Lunchtime series. It will delight the audience, as it has done for many audiences over the years and around the world.
