About the event

An Indian classical vocal recital by Vidushi Kalapini Komkali who is one of India's finest, leading and well trained classical vocalist of her generation. She is the illustrious daughter of illustrious parents: the legendary Pandit Kumar Gandharva of the Gwalior school of music and the equally erudite, Vidushi Vasundhara Komkali.

She is blessed with a legacy that is as pristine as it is pure, and she is endowed with a divinely dulcet and an equally euphonious voice.

Her musical prowess is manifestly evident in her performances which have a minimalist yet majestically glorious flavour and this is a hugely amenable prospect! And because of this, her concerts are brilliantly effusive and suffused with supreme & masterly elan, not to mention effulgent like a warm emotion. This makes her a much sought-after artist on the world stage earning her rich plaudits and lavish encomiums!
